AQUA FARMING 101 and CEA Token
Yield farming portal from AQUA FINANCE is here! It is called “Ocean World” which was discovered in July 2021. “Ocean World” is excited to shout out the new token which is “CEA token” that will be joining our ecosystem.
Time to harvest CEA!
It is our new token from Aqua Finance where we will mainly use it for Ocean World and our ecosystem. Ocean world created 7 farms and 2 token pools, all farms and pool will be rewarded with CEA. The maximum supply is 500,000,000 CEA and Aqua Finance will burn CEA until we have only 250,000,000 CEA in total.
By burning, it is already designed to burn with Aquarium Land in “Flappy Seal” which will be launching 10 September, 2021. Recently, with the new proposal with CEA Emission rate, Aqua Finance already got the democratic vote from our community which ended on 13th of August.
The new vote will change according to the following list;
- Operation time of CEA farming changed from 1 year to 3 years.
- Emission rate:
1st month = 12% of total supply ( by August 23, 2021)
2nd — 6th month = 16% of total supply (3.2% per month of the total supply)
7th — 12th month = 14% of total supply (2.3% per month of the total supply)
13th — 18th month = 12% of total supply (2% per month of the total supply)
19th — 24th month = 10% of total supply (1.66% per month of the total supply)
25th — 30th month = 8% of total supply (1.33% per month of the total supply)
31st — 36th month = 6% of total supply (1% per month of the total supply)
Use case for CEA is basically for power up skill and skin in Aquarium Land and many more cases are also in the pipeline for the future plans. Where we will be announced later.
To farm for CEA you will need to wrap from $AFI to $wAFI with 10% tax apply for both wrap and unwrap. Don’t forget to make your own decisions and plan for this. For those who don’t feel like swapping things around, you can also directly get $wAFI.
